NSREM-NEW SURPLUS REMOVED FROM ORIGINAL PACKAGING. These are items that, to the best of our knowledge and belief, have never been used but that have been removed from the original packaging. These items may have cosmetic blemishes such as, but not necessarily limited to, scratches, stains, minor dents, dings or other blemishes, but have never been put into service. These items could be several years old but have never been used. Examples of such items might include unused valves that were stored on a shelf in a company stock room. These are used items that have been rebuilt or refurbished by a third party prior to our acquisition and that have not been used since being rebuilt or refurbished. To our knowledge and belief these items are in full working order but we have not tested them and cannot guarantee that they work. These are used items that have been taken out of service. Items bearing this designation were known or assumed to be working immediately prior to being taken out of service. Items in this category may have been removed from an industrial facility as part of a plant liquidation or line shutdown or prior to the renovation or demolition of the facility where the item was located. UAI- USED AS IS. Although the item could be working, we have not tested the item and do not have enough information to know or assume that the item was working immediately prior to being taken out of service.
